All participants must be 18 years of age or older and must be residents of Nigeria to be eligible to participate in any giveaway.

Winners are notified instantly via in-app notifications and email. Every winner has exactly 7 days from the date of the draw to initiate a claim. Prizes not claimed within this window are automatically forfeited to maintain platform efficiency.

Digital prizes (Airtime/Data) are fulfilled instantly. Physical prizes can be picked up at our Jos HQ. Winners who require shipping must bear the courier/waybill fees, which must be agreed upon in writing via official Email or WhatsApp channels before dispatch.

Every 5th 'Premium Crew' referral earns the referrer 1 FREE bonus entry into a high-value Premium Giveaway. NOTE: To claim and use this bonus, the referrer must be a verified Premium Crew user themselves.

Super Premium giveaways require a minimum participant count of 45 users to run to conclusion. This ensures prize sustainability. The Platform may extend the closing date by 30 days up to 3 times to meet this threshold.

Where a Super Premium giveaway fails to meet the 45-participant threshold after 3 consecutive extensions, the event will be cancelled and 100% of entry fees will be automatically refunded to each participant's in-app wallet.

Users earn ₦5.00 in their wallet for every new organic signup they refer. Additionally, when a referred friend activates their account to 'Premium Crew' status, the referrer earns an instant 5% commission.
